The health department received a complaint that the sub bun had mold on it. The complaint was discussed with the owner, Mr. Bread. He was aware of the order that the complaint came from. Upon inspection, some of the buns had some mold spots, but they were store separately to be returned/shown to the supplier for a refund. The buns that were on the shelves to be used did not have mold. Care should be taken when making sub to check for mold. |
