Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. The inside of the freezer has meat juices frozen on the bottom, the wall behind the rice cooker and freezer is dirty, the prep cooler doors are greasy, and the vegetable sink is dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE FREEZER, THE WALLS BEHIND THE RICE COOKER AND FREEZER, CLEAN THE PREP COOLER DOORS, AND CLEAN THE VEGETABLE PREP SINK. Correct By: 20-Dec-2015
