EMPLOYEE HEALTH - A model health policy was provided to the PIC and reviewed. Employees may not work when ill with diarrhea, vomiting, sore throat with fever, or jaundice. Report to the health department if an employee has a doctor confirmed foodborne illness.

PIC KNOWLEDGE - Critical food handling items were reviewed (food temperatures, date marking, and sanitizer strength) and handout given, allergen awareness handout was given and reviewed, and a handout of level 1 food safety training opportunities on-line and in person was reviewed.

FOOD DEFENSE - A handout on food defense was given and reviewed.
