The Ohio Department of Health was consulted on the interpretation of rule 3717-1.02.4(C)(5). An employee of the licensed facility is NOT required to be present at the time of food deliveries. The inspection on May 16, 2015 mistakenly marked this violation when it should not have been marked. This inspector apologizes for this mistake.
