The pressure gauge on the dishwasher is not working.
Except for machines that use only a pumped or recirculated sanitizing rinse, warewashing machines that provide a fresh hot water sanitizing rinse shall be equipped with a pressure gauge or similar device that measures and displays the water pressure in the supply line immediately before entering the warewashing machine. REPAIR THE DISHWASHER PRESSURE GAUGE AND ENSURE THE WATER PRESSURE ON THE FINAL RINSE IS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 PSI. Correct By: 05-Feb-2014
