Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. OBSERVED: Zero ppm of sanitizing solution. To prevent the growth of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness machine shall have a minimum of 50 ppm of sanitizing solution available. Hand sanitize everything in 3 compartment sink until repaired
