[52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. OBSERVED: Individual food boats not inverted to prevent contamination. Invert to prevent contamination.
3717-1-05.1(D)/Backflow prevention - air gap.
Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. OBSERVED: Under the coffee maker and in the walk in cooler- needs an air gap to prevent the back siphoning of contaminated water into potable water which could cause a foodborne illness. Airgaps were provided at the time of inspection.
