The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. OBSERVED : DROOPING AND WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES. Fix water leaks in roof & replace water damaged ceiling tiles to prevent a foodborne illnessfrom contaminated water on food packages. CORRECTED: CEILING TILES WERE REPLACED.
