No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events.Facility could not find written procedure & had used their v/d Kit. To prevent the spread of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness provide a written procedure. CORRECTED: provided an ODH written for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events.

Employee eating, drinking, or using tobacco in non-designated area. OBSERVED: Employee drink cup on bottom food prep table. Employees shall have a designated area to eat, drink use tobacco products. CORRECTED: Employees had a designated area to eat. drink
3717-1-02.2 (C )/Hands and arms: when to wash
Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. OBSERVED: Cook take food to front hot holding area, touch numerous non food surfaces & not remove gloves and wash hands before replacing gloves.To prevent a foodborne illness employees shall replace gloves & wash hands before donning new gloves. CORRECTED: employee washed hands & replaced gloves.

Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. OBSERVED: Small glass food items in sink. Handsink shall be used for handwashing only & no other use. So employees may properly wash their hands to prevent the spread of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness. CORRECTED: Manager removed items from the hand sink.
