| Complaint: Inquiry regarding wearing facial coverings at local Shelby restaurant. Today, 6/17/2020, I had a wonderful lunch at The Vault in Shelby. My waitress was not wearing a facial covering today while she took care of us and also several other tables which were outside. Although she tried to keep a distance while taking our orders, she was immediately beside us when she served our meals and when she removed them at the end of the meal. She did not wear a facial covering the entire time. I sensed that she noticed my discomfort and was very gracious. However, I would have truly enjoyed the entire luncheon experience if she had been wearing a facility covering especially while serving us and taking our plates away. Thank you for providing assistance in ensuring that Shelby businesses are in compliance with the State of Ohio Department of Health Covid-19 Restart mandates. Best wishes.
