Observed no handwashing sign(s) posted at handwashing sink(s) used by employees in the bathroom.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Correct By: 29-Nov-2013
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. The wall behind the 3 compartment sink is damaged and not easily cleanable.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. The wall must be replaced/re-covered with a durable cleanable surface. Correct By: 28-Feb-2014
