No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED: Handsink next to coffee with no towels so employees may properly dry their hands after washing to prevent the transfer of pathogens which could cause a foodborne illness.
3717-1-04.4(N)(1)/Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. OBSERVED: No chlorine or any other sanitizer is dish machine, to prevent a foodborne illness, machine shall have at least 100 ppm of chlorine sanitizing solution. Repair & hand sanitize all until repaired.
