Observed unapproved materials covering the walls or ceiling. OBSERVED SOME AREAS OF THE PAINTED SHELF IN THE BACK TO HAVE SOME EXPOSED WOOD.
Wall and ceiling covering materials shall be attached, finished and sealed to provide a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface . TO PREVENT BACTERIA GROWTH, ALL COVERINGS SHALL BE SMOOTH & EASILY CLEANABLE. RE-SURFACE OR MAKE SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBANT.
