Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. The toaster is for household use only.

Observed no handwashing sign(s) posted at handwashing sink(s) used by employees. A hand washing sign was not over the hand sink.

The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Two light bulbs were out under the hood.

FOOD DEFENSE - The food dense checklist (NYSHD’s Food Defense Strategies) was provided and reviewed.

PLANS FOR NEW KITCHENETTE - Submit equipment specification sheets for new equipment. A sketch of the room should be submitted showing walls, cabinets, and sink at the same time.
