| According to manager/owner grill has been temporarily fixed/welded/repaired. Ordering a new grill flat top. Temporary repair to grill is acceptable in the short term, but grill shall be replaced. Call H.D. for approval when new grill comes in, replacing old one. Maintain fire suppression system clean and in good working order, as well as hood system. Fire report notes items needing addressed/corrected/repaired but not restricting the facility from re-opening. Facility can re-open. |
