Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. OBSERVED: No date marking on TCS foods. To prevent a food borne illness foods not served or consumer with in 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date by which the food shall be consumed or discarded. CORRECTED: Employee dated the foods as required.
