Comments
The health department received a complaint that "Cockroaches are throughout the restaurant and even in the food. The cockroaches are out of control. She states that the manager has set bug bombs off in the restaurant but nothing is helping."

The floor and walls under and behind equipment and boxes were inspected for roaches. No roaches were seen. The PIC stated that she was not aware of any roaches.

Please be aware: pesticides must be applied only by a licensed commercial applicator. The owner or employee may not use pesticides in the facility. When the licensed commercial applicator uses pesticides the food, utensils, single-service articles, and single use articles must be either be removed or covered with impermeable covers to protect from toxic residues. AND the equipment, counter, utensils, and other food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized after application.
