Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Ice was dumped in the hand sink at the bar.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. DO NOT DUMP ICE IN THE HAND SINK. CLEAN THE SINK BEFORE USING. Correct By: 30-Jan-2016

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. The beer coolers are rusty inside.

3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Repeat The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed, or floor drains were not provided. The baseboard in the employee bathroom does not have coving.
In FSO's or RFE's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed. INSTALL THE BASEBOARD WITH COVING IN THE EMPLOYEE BATHROOM.
3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Repeat Observed light bulbs or heat lamp that were not properly shielded or coated where required. The light covering is missing on one light in the kitchen.
Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, or linens, or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles and does not apply in areas used only for storing food in unopened packages. An infrared or other heat lamp shall be protected against breakage by a shield surrounding and extending beyond the bulb so that only the face of the bulb is exposed. INSTALL A COVER OVER THE LIGHTS IN THE KITCHEN.
3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Repeat Observed no handwashing sign(s) posted at handwashing sink(s) used by employees. The employee bathroom does not have a hand washing sign.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. POST THE HAND WASHING SIGN IN THE EMPLOYEE BATHROOM.
