| COMPLAINT: FACILITY HAS BEEN WITHOUT WATER OR RESTROOM'S FOR 8 MONTHS. Spoke with Marlene Roberts Restroom's are temporarily out of order . They have provided a porta john behind the building for the employees and the hand sinks are operational in the business so employees may wash their hands. They also are providing hand sanitizers through out facility for added protection. An inspection was completed on may 12, 2017 and restrooms were operational and fine at that time.
