| Complaint : Ester Smith 567-333-1206, called & said her relative use to work at facility and they were keeping food at a building(tire shop) next door. Spoke with owner, Amanda Stone & she stated the ex employee told her the health department ha approved it as long as no food prep. We would never approve an off site. She is going to get new freezers because the ones she was using at unapproved location will not fit in the basement where her approved units are. She is to call as soon as they are in for reinspection. |
