Nonfood-contact surfaces are not designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning or maintenance. The wood shelves are obsorbent. Some of the metal shelves are rusty.

There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer.

3717-1-06.1(D)(1) / Floor carpeting - restrictions and installation.
Observed carpeting installed in unapproved areas. There is carpet in the walk in cooler.
Carpeting or similar material shall not be installed in food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, warewashing areas, toilet rooms, refuse storage rooms, or other areas where the floor is subject to moisture, flushing or spraying. REMOVE THE CARPET FROM THE WALK IN COOLER. Correct By: 28-May-2016
