NOTE: ALL STAFF HAD HAIR RESTRAINTS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION; HATS. Complainant Details and Actions Complaint Details Complainant states that business/service especially in the evenings/weekends is very poor/horrible. Claims he waited 25 min for 8 chicken nuggets. Claims that Saturday evening he ordered a McChicken sandwich, and when he bit into the middle of the sandwich it was full of hair in the center. He complained and they laughed and made him another sandwich. He complains to owner/operators and corporate and nothing is done.
