REVIEWED COMPLAINT & INSPECTION WITH MGR/PIC, KASSIE WILLS. SHE DEMONSTRATED GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY PRINCIPLES & APPLIED THEM TO HER STAFF DURING INSPECTION.
NOTE: ALL STAFF HAD HAIR RESTRAINTS AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION; HATS.

Complaint Details
Complainant states that business/service especially in the evenings/weekends is very poor/horrible. Claims he waited 25 min for 8 chicken nuggets. Claims that Saturday evening he ordered a McChicken sandwich, and when he bit into the middle of the sandwich it was full of hair in the center. He complained and they laughed and made him another sandwich. He complains to owner/operators and corporate and nothing is done.
