All hand sinks shall be available at all times so employees may properly wash their hands to prevent a contamination which could cause a foodborne illness. CORRECTED: Manager removed items from the handsink.

Facility not maintained clean. Floors need a good scrubbing & clean floor grates out. They have food debris in them. All surfaces shall be clean.
