Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. OBSERVED: Zero sanitizer in warewahing machine. To prevent a foodborne illness proper amount of sanitizer shall be available. Provide sanitizer & hand sanitize in 3 compartment sink until unit is repaired.
