Install a hand sink within 25 feet of the 3 compartment sink. Paint the walk in cooler floor. Repaint the bathroom walls and ceiling. Submit plans for the hood and a drawing of the entire store with equipment layout and specification sheets for new equipment and description of the wall and ceiling coverings. Obtain approvals from the fire, building, and plumbing departments. |
