Miscellaneous sources of contamination observed. The condensation from the walk in freezer condenser was dripping onto food boxes.
Food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). REPAIR THE FREEZER CONDENSER SO THAT IT DOES NOT DRIP. UNTIL THE FREEZER IS FIXED MOVE THE FOOD FROM UNDER THE DRIPPING. Correct By: 12-Nov-2014

FOOD DEFENSE - A food defense booklet (NYSHD’s Food Defense Strategies) and possible vulnerable points to protect food from intentional contamination were briefly discussed. (Facility security, employee training and restrictions, and food storage, handling, and control were reviewed).
