Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. OBSERVED: Hood system that was not inspected & approved through Richland County Building & Codes. Cease use until permitted & approved to prevent a fire hazard. Call when Approved.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. OBSERVED: Deteriorating walls & raw wood, broken tiles in food prep area,water leaking in basement & water on floor in bsement. All surfaces shall be smooth & easily cleanable. Replace walls and get water from running in the basement
