3717-1-04.4(M) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - sanitization pressure.
The water flow pressure in a warewashing machine is not adequate. Rinse pressure is 8 PSI.
The flow pressure of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse in a warewashing machine, as measured in the water line immediately downstream or upstream from the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse control valve, shall be within the range specified on the machine's data plate and not be less than five pounds per square inch or more than thirty pounds per square inch. ADJUST THE FINAL RINSE WATER PRESSURE TO BETWEEN 15 AND 25 PSI. MANUALLY SANITIZER THE DISHES IN THE SINK UNTIL FIXED. Correct By: 12-Apr-2014

3717-1-06.4(A)/Repairing.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. The light over the 3 compartment sink under the bar did not work.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. REPAIR THE LIGHT UNDER THE BAR OVER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. Correct By: 25-Feb-2014
