| Complaint received: facility has roaches; a patron saw one/roach observed by patron. Discussed the complaint with the owner. According to the owner, he has not seen any roaches and the facility is currently not on a routine extermination schedule. I did not observed any roaches live or dead during inspection. Note: facility is performing renovation upstairs and work to the bathrooms. Note: no critical violations observed at time of inspection. Note: Owner is requesting that facility be classified as a Risk Level 4 for license year 2024-2025. Discussed what foods can be made/offered/prepared with different Risk categories. |
