Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. OBSERVED: Zero chlorine sanitizer in bar and kitchen warewashing units. To prevent the spread of pathogens which could cause a foodborne or other illness. Sanitizer shall be available at the appropriate ppm. Hand sanitize everything until units are maintaining correct ppm of sanitizing solution. Corrected: machine was at 100 ppm of sanitizing solution
