OBSERVED: Zero chlorine sanitizer in bar and kitchen warewashing units. To prevent the spread of pathogens which could cause a foodborne or other illness. Sanitizer shall be available at the appropriate ppm. Hand sanitize everything until units are maintaining correct ppm of sanitizing solution.
