The reach in freezer under the friers did not have a thermometer. A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit. PLACE A THERMOMETER IN THE REACH IN FREEZER UNDER THE FRIER. Correct By: 16-Jan-2015 |

All violations from the Jan 10, 2015 inspection have been made. -A thermometer is in the freezer under the grill Also -the corn and lettuce are date marked properly in the walk in cooler -the lettuce on the make line is time marked, small container of lettuce is time marked too -the floor under the ice cream machine is clean.
