3717-1-04.2(I)/Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer. Sanitizer test strips were not located during inspection.
A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. OBTAIN SANITIZER TEST STRIP FOR CHLORINE. Correct By: 28-Feb-2014
3717-1-04.3(B)/Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment did not appear to be properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. The 2 compartment sink and 3 compartment sink are not sealed to the wall.
Equipment that is fixed shall be installed so that it is spaced to allow access for cleaning, from adjoining equipment, walls, and ceilings a distance of not more than one thirty-second inch or one millimeter; or sealed to adjoining equipment or walls, if the equipment is exposed to spillage or seepage; Counter-mounted equipment shall be installed to allow cleaning of the equipment and areas underneath and around the equipment as specified in this rule. ATTACH THE SINKS TO THE WALL AND USE CAULK TO SEAL THE GAP BETWEEN THE WALL AND SINKS. Correct By: 28-Feb-2014

-both sinks have been attached and sealed to the walls.
-chlorine test strips have been obtained.

Because progress has been made the enforcement deadline has been extended until April 14, 2014.
