Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed: Street department - Grease trap overflowed & blocked pipe. To prevent blockage Grease trap shall be cleaned as needed. Since this is a repeat problem. Facility shall have the grease trap cleaned monthly & submit documentation to the health department monthly. Email bconrad@shelbycity.oh.gov
