Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils.OBSERVED: Facility has no 3 compartment sink & employee stated they clean coffee pots in bathroom sinks nightly. Facility shall cease selling coffee until a 3 compartment sink is installed or individual container self serve coffee is installed. .
