Repeat CorrectedDuringInsp Foods in frozen storage exhibit signs of thawing or refreezing. OBSERVED: Frozen food in end case that had thawed & was at 47 degrees. To prevent a food borne illness from improper thawing & refreezing. Frozen food shall be kept frozen. Discard unthawed frozen food. CORRECTED: Employee removed & discarded thawed food. Do not over stock case & have it looked at.

| COMPLAINT: Customer bought moldy chicken pot pies over the weekend. Received Complaint 11/4/19. Recommend she return them to the store for a refund. Freezer case was not working correctly & manager had employee discard all products from the case that were unthawed. Reviewed with Michael Sherman |
