PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) – The PIC was aware of major food allergens (NUTS, PEANUTS, SOY, MILK, FISH, SHELLFISH, WHEAT, EGGS), requirements for date marking (7 DAYS), thawing (UNDER REFRIGERATION)l, symptoms of illness (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, SORE THROAT WITH FEVER, JAUNDICE), and sanitizer strength (50 ppm Chlroine).

LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY TRAINING – At this facility, PICs on all shifts ARE REQUIRED to be certified in Level 1 Food Safety.
COMPLETE THE LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY TRAINING ON-LINE OR IN CLASSES AND KEEP THE CERTIFICATE POSTED OR ON FILE AT THIS FACILITY FOR REVIEW.
