Comments
The Health Department receive a complaint that stated that gloves were worn while taking money and then the gloves were not changed before returning to food preparation. While at the facility proper glove changing was observed.

The complaint was discussed with the manager. It is recommended that this issue be discussed with the entire staff to prevent its repeat.
