Critical Repeat The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. ACC is non-functioning. Records are taken every 4 hours and are on file at the facility.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv. ORP is 194 mv.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm. Alkalinity was tested at 50 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
