[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Repeat Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm. Correct By: 25-Jul-2018
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(4) / Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 2 ppm.
Critical Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Correct By: 25-Jul-2018

At time of inspection, spa had no free chlorine and combined chlorine was above 2ppm. Manager was aware of the issue and was working on fixing it. Reinspection will be conducted on 7/25/18
