Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Part of the pool edge at the deep end (furthest from the pond) is in poor repair creating a sharp edge.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Some of the depth markers have faded and should be repainted.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
