| complainant called and said child got sick after swimming at great wolf lodge. She said child was swimming in all pools, so she wasn't sure which to send the complaint about. Spoke with Andy regarding lower spa. Records were seen for the days complainant used facility. all chemicals are checked every 2 hours and based on records no issues were seen. |
