3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. ACC has not been replaced and is not being used. Please have ACC properly installed by next monthly inspection.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH was much lower than 7.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range. Correct By: 13-Jun-2018
3701-31-04 (C)(5) / Deepest point of the public swimming pool is readily visible from the deck
Water clarity was so poor that the deepest portion of the pool was not clearly visible.
Do not operate the pool when water clarity is poor. Improve the water clarity so that the bottom of the pool is clearly visible at all times. Correct By: 13-Jun-2018
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Throw line is not long enough
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1) / Combined chlorine shall not exceed 1.0 ppm.
Combined chlorine was greater than 1.0 ppm.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm. Correct By: 13-Jun-2018
