Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use. The readings were only recorded on the paperwork once a day. Ensure the test are conducted every 4 hours the pool is open for use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use. Correct By: 09-Aug-2021

Equipment was not maintained. Observed a huge leak in pump room. Repair before someone gets injured or this leak causes equipment failure.
