Repeat Required flow meter gauge was not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck again and had sand and air bubbles. The PIC issued a work order for repair or replacement.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Correct By: 05-Jul-2021
