[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical No disinfection residuals in the pool at the time of inspection. Pool was closed, and will remain closed until the person in charge of maintaining the pool returns from vacation on December 8th.

3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly

Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(b) / pH and ORP values shall be displayed.
Critical Repeat ORP value was not displayed on the ACC unit. Adjust the settings or clear the error on the ACC so that it is displayed at all times.
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced so that the ORP value is displayed
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. No detectable chlorine levels in the pool at the time of inspection.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Facility will be closing the pool until the pool maintenance person returns from vacation on December 8th. No records were being maintained despite being provided with records sheets, automatic chemical controller has an error light being displayed for numerous inspections, and pool needs to be shut down after every inspection. Facility is being recommended for administrative hearing to determine if license should be suspended or revoked.
