Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Corrected During Inspection Observed doors from equipment/lifeguard break room propped open. Open doors created easy access to the competition pool. Corrected: doors were closed and are to be kept closed.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier.
