Repeat Depth markers/deck warning signs were not maintained in a clearly legible/visible manner. Observed depth marker for moveable floor was not reading current depth of pool. This sign should always read the current depth of the pool.
Replace the depth markers/deck warning signs so that bathers are able to clearly see the depth of the water and that no diving is permitted where clearly indicated.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Corrected During Inspection Observed lifeguard break room door propped open and then another door to competition pool was left open. Corrected: lifeguard closed both doors to prevent unauthorized entry.
Repair gates or doors in order to be self-closing and lockable.
