Required flow meter gauge was not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck. Not able to monitor turnover rate. Please repair as soon as possible.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was provided at the unguarded pool. However, the rope was severely frayed and needed replaced. Please replace throw line.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times. Correct By: 05-Jul-2021
