3701-31-04 (B)(4) / The licensee /authorized representative is keeping records
The licensee /authorized representative was not keeping or maintaining operational records. Due to a lack of an automatic chemical control panel the pool needs to be tested every 4 hours of operation of every operational day.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

pH was not tested daily at pool side and/or at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features.
pH must be tested prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use pH must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the pH must be tested at 1 special feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.
Test total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Air bubble preventing accurate reading. Incorrect flow meter for pool preventing accurate reading.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i) / A means of determining rate-of-flow on all water pumps
A means of determining rate-of-flow was not found for all water pumps. Need to replace flow meter to proper for pool.
Properly install a flow meter or have a pump curve available for every water pump used for the pool.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair or were not slip resistant. Gaurd rail of steps not secured.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.

Talked over proper record keeping and water testing for pool. Found that the filter was at 40PSI and recommended it be addressed. Pump appeared to be leaking. Recommended safety equipment be moved to a more accessible area and that the TypeIV float should be replaced due to its age.
