Comments
Met with new maintenance supervisor Brandon. Gave operator new weekly pool operation and incident report sheets with the required parameters for readings that need to be taken everyday. The required frequency has been highlighted. Ensure the readings are taken daily as required and meet requirement. Furthermore, we went over the fact that he must record the spa drainage at the frequency that he completes it. Moreover, a minimum of every 30 days.
Note: Ensure that when the combined chlorine goes above 1.0 ppm you dump spa water, properly clean spa before re-opening, and record drainage.
